Come join us at Parc Arts for an exciting contact improvisation workshop with the amazing Abril Tiras!
Abril has been a firm favourite friend and creative in the local community, but has wideranging experiences in the arts world, deservedly claiming the title "Community Artist."
"In this workshop we will explore through gentle invitations and play, finding pathways into the language of touch and shared movement."
